May Eramba Newsletter

We are excited to present the latest news from our partner eramba!

Eramba is in the midst of a rejuvenation process, dedicating its efforts to improving both the frontend and backend user interface to offer a completely renewed experience to its users. After a well-deserved summer break, we are pleased to announce that when you log in to eramba, you will find a completely revamped homepage and filters.

In the software space, we are facing the midlife crisis of the era with enthusiasm and determination. The new user interface is practically defined, and development is progressing at a good pace with three experts dedicated to the frontend and one to the backend. We hope that users will be able to enjoy these changes around the summer, right after our holidays. We do not anticipate further software updates unless significant bugs arise, which, to be honest, is a possibility.

On the documentation side, we've been hard at work during the first quarter. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, the revision reveals imperfections that require a fresh start. The documentation of online risk assessment use cases has been completely revised and improved. In addition, we have created packages for NIS2, DORA, and ISO23k, and have made mappings between ISOs and those packages, with plans to continue improving these mappings in the coming months.

In the field of online trainings, this month we will celebrate the last 5-day training of the semester, with more than 200 people registered. As usual, we expect that 50% of those registered will not attend. We will continue to offer on-demand demos on our website.

On the customer service side, we've seen a decrease in requests during the first quarter of the year, possibly indicating that we're meeting expectations. We believe that since most customers purchase implementation workshops, the need to ask questions via email is much less. Response times can seem irregular due to the fact that there are sometimes delays in responses. If we exclude these delays, everything seems to be in order, with an average wait time of about 100 minutes for consultations.
